Half Hours is the best sour brewery in Ontario, and probably all of Canada. These guys excel at a wide range of Belgian, farmhouse, oak- and barrel-aged, and sour/funky styles, and also crank out great IPAs, lagers, and dark beers every now and then.
The brewery itself is a cool little space with a small tasting room and retail store that overlook the brewing tanks. There’s usually some glassware and other schwag available.
Owners Kyle and Kristen are a lot of fun to chat with and are very knowledgeable about the products they're selling and craft beer in general.
Overall, Half Hours is definitely worth visiting if you find yourself in Huron County, and if you can’t make it to the brewery, I highly recommend ordering their beers online (HHOE was among the first in the province to offer this service). A world class brewery in the middle of nowhere.

Here you come to pick up your beers. A little tasting. Interesting to see the essential of how he makes this tasty stuff. You probably will never in your life be here, but if you are on a weekend, worth a stop.
