Firstly, my taste limit for IPAs are exceeded after the first one. My preferences are more traditional ales (summer, English, Etc.) and darks that are not sweet (no chocolate or cocoa, thank you). Lou Dog is my Go To at Four Stacks, it quenches my thirst and is more of the beer I am seeking in a land (and brewery) of IPAs. Seldom does Four Stacks, nitro Lou Dog, but when they do, it, of course, comes across the palate as smooth and just as tasty, but without the nice bubbly. I highly recommend Lou Dog to anyone looking for something other than an IPA.
