16oz can, sample purchased at the brewery.
Pours clear with a pale dull golden hue, good head retention. Smells of green tea, pineapple core, fresh cut grass, and a faint mint. Slightly tart, juicy as well. Grassy with tea, pineapple skin, orange rind, and some apple in there as well. Kiss of maltiness, very much on the dry side. This beer is a whole lot of fun, very crushable as well for a sour.

Consumed 11/9/16
A: Burnt gold with some yellow and straw - hazy - pours with a small, fizzy white head, fades quickly to virtually no cap and a tiny collar
S: Mild, but nice - some lactic aromas, distinctly kettle-soured, but that was the point - lightly tart with a hint of lemon - some citrus and light grass - some light bread, light grains - Smarties candy
T: Light tartness, with some acidity and hints of lemon - mostly clean, not particularly lactic - light citrus and some light tropical flavors, like dry mango - light malts, light grains, a touch of dough
M: Light body, crisp, low carbonation
O: Worth rewinding
I'm not sure if this will receive any more tweaking, but it probably doesn't need it. It's flavorful with some nice tartness without being overly soured.

Poured from a 16 oz can (A Wild...in a CAN!?) purchased at the brewery.
Pours a lightly hazy straw color with a finger of bubbly white head. Leaves a ton of lacing.
The aroma is funky, grassy and lemony, followed by some biting citrusy hops. The back end is doughy with some spice.
The taste starts off with some tart lemon and grains, as well as a touch of citrus. Then come the tropical hops, adding some mildly sweet mango flavors. Finishes extremely doughy, like wheat bread that's still baking.
The mouth is lighter in body, with moderately high carbonation. Very crisp.
Overall, a very good sour that was much better on tap. I'd love to try a growler of this to compare, as the aromas seemed subdued as well as the hops. Still, a well done beer that's crisp and refreshing, not to mention extremely drinkable.

Tap at the brewery
Big creamy head hits a finger and fades slowly great lacing, murky lemon yellow slight orange color.
Nose nice tart soured mash, lacto like acidic funk bacteria funk, lemony with little floral spice like note sour wheat, little doughy, floral citrus hop thing, faint tropical and grapefruit like, as it warms a little musty vinous grape.
Taste creamy sour wheat, little bread dough, juicy creamy sour mash malt, light souring, gritty floral hop, bright floral almost grassy hop then getting a bit fruity and mild dank tropical, nice level of hop without much bitterness getting in the way, pineapple late, lemony citrus. Finish dry touch gritty, lingering mild tart lemony and floral grassy hop.
Mouth is med to lighter bod little creamy tart, decent carb.
Overall pretty nice, good tartness, good base sour mash wheat, perfect level of hopping, nice mild tropical fruits background.

Enjoyed at the brewery.
A - Poured into a pint glass a hazy dark straw hue with a thin one finger white head that fades to leave light lacing.
S - Aromas of light grain, faint tartness, light tropical fruits. Almost chalky powdery sweet tart type aroma.
T - Taste is similar to the nose light grain up front. Quickly transitions to a solid tartness, not overpowering. Nice solid almost nondescript tropical fruits. Good almost sweet tart powder with pineapple going. Very flavorful.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, bright, clean.
O - Overall this was a very very good kettle sour. Excellent grain and malt build, very very nice light tartness, excellent tropical fruits. Well done.
