Definitely a unique beer. Tastes as advertised and definitely has that steel fermenter character. I enjoyed the conflicting front and back palate dance that it did. Citrusy but dry and grassy while having a watery body and a crisp bubbly finish. I like where they're going with this series and can imagine it'll only get better.

Big cereal grain finish. Not a showcase for Galaxy. Lost in the mid palate. Berliner kettle sour upfront. The harsh manufactured acidity on the front end along with the tetrahydropyridine finish just really make this a miss for me.

Pours a lightly hazy pale golden straw in color with a finger of thin white head that quickly disappeared. I get a burst of citrusy hops when I open the can but they are quickly overtaken by lemony sour aromas. Lemony sour flavors build in the taste and linger a bit into the finish. Light+ in body with moderate carbonation. Overall a very tasty, easy drinking beer.

Thanks to rudzud
Pours a light fluffy fizzy 1/2 finger head that fades semi quickly, touch of lacing, hazy lemony yellow color.
Nose wheat like cake batter thing, creamy wheat, lemony tartness and little generic fruity, touch of floral spices and hop, bright lemonade
Taste brings plenty of tart lemon, lemonade, little creamy wheat and touch cake batter like, generic fruity and lactic acid, little flemmy sticky sourness, generic fruity hop and grassy notes, very bright, fair tartness.
Mouth is med to lighter, decent carb, little flemmy and fair acidity.
Overall pretty nice, I think I like the hop characters of demo tape 6 better, but the base lemony wheat batter from this might be better.

Enjoyed at the brewery.
A - Poured into a pint glass a hazy straw hue with a thin one finger white head that fades to leave light lacing and a thin blanket.
S - Aromas of light grain, faint tartness, light tropical fruits. Almost chalky powdery sweet tart type aroma. The grain really pops and has loads of bright lemons.
T - Taste is dimilar to the nose light grain up front. Quickly transitions to a solid tartness, not overpowering. Nice solid bright lemons. Good almost sweet tart powder with very bright tart notes. Very flavorful.
Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, bright, clean.
O - Overall this was a very very good kettle sour. Excellent grain and malt build, very very nice light tartness, excellent lemon. Well done.

Bright, pale yellow in color. Hazy in appearance. Fruity. Lemonade, feint grain and citrus. Gose like. Hint of tartness. Crisp and refreshing. This is good, but would probably enjoy this more in the mid summer heat. Definitely a golf beer for me.
