4/28/17 canning date

A: Pours a slightly hazy orange. Very thin white head that dissipates nearly immediately. Just some soap-like bubbles left after a few seconds. No lacing either.

S: Strong sharp citrus right off the bat. Oranges primarily, tart at that. Touches of tropical fruit, likely the hops I'm guessing.

T: Interesting. Tart oranges and lemons up front but with an obvious hopped flavor as well. Citrus and tropical fruits. Wheaty, crackery malt in the finish, just before another burst of tart oranges.

M: Medium bodied, tart and crisp.

O: Hard to even describe. It's basically a tart saison with a bunch of citrus flavors on top. It's juicy and refreshing for sure with a nice tart kick.

Poured a light pineapple color with a 4F head in a tulip.
Excellent aroma: tropical fruit, oranges which follows through to the taste.
Sour hoppy MF.

My new favorite brewery. Singular approach to craft brewing.

Canned on 4/28/17, drank on 5/27/17; unlike previous commenters, I find the orange notes to be quite prominent; very good saison overall, but could have a bit more body to balance the citrus overload

Picked up a can of this at Julio's.

A - Poured into a nice straw hue with a one finger white head that faded to leave a thin blanket with a creamy halo.

S - Aromas of light lemons, little grassy hops, pleasant orange peel and zest. Solid wheat notes and I definitely get that saison yeast notes.

T - Taste is similar to the nose. Pleasant grassy hops, little bit of lemon citrus and juice. There is some decent wheat notes, the tartness is rather low. Very pleasant saison yeast notes. That might be my favourite part of this and the nobel hop like flavours play off it quite nicely. The orange flavour is on the lower end. Very, very light bitterness.

M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated and lightly bodied, very little crispness on the finish.

O - Overall I enjoyed what the saison yeast brought to the table but I find myself looking for, and wanting, more orange notes.

Nice citrus aftertaste. Good feel would make for a nicer summer day or beach beer.

Saison yeast, oranges, Mandarina Bavaria and Citra hops

Tap at the brewery

Big fluffy head leaves sticky lacing, murky pale yellow orange color

Nose big citrus, orange zest and orange juice, lemony, genetic citrus leaf, ripe tangerine, nice grassy floral hop fresh hop, little candy creamy wheat

Taste fair tartness, bitter rind, mild orange juice and pulp pith, tangy citrus, little lemony, dry saison with touch of spices, much more tart than the other leitmotif, the grassy floral noble-esque hops and touch spicy, hops get fairly spicy late, more bitter rind, mild doughy creamy wheat and touch of sour dough

Mouth is med to lighter bod, decent carb, little acidity and fair tartness

Overall nice, bright citrus tartness and hops maybe the best hop and citrus profile, but I like note funk and saison myself
