Picked up a can of this at Julio's.
A- Poured into my Duvel tulip a nice slightly hazy golden hue with a thin quarter inch head that fades slowly to leave a nice halo and thin blanket.
S - Aromas of light crackery wheat, little bit of sweet malts. Light pineapple notes, soft tropical notes, the mosaic is rather soft with a little bit of spicy hops. Decent fruitiness.
T - Taste is similar to the nose. Fair amount of that nice wheat, decent malt backbone. The mosaic is much more subtle than on the nose. Very little pine and spicy earthy hops, there is some generic tropical notes. I do not get much honey on the flavour. The hops are nice, not overly bitter at all.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, bit on the thin side.
O - Overall this was a solid wheat ale. Very sessionable though I wish there was a bit more body/carbonation. Still, a good beer.

Pineapple, unripe peach and hints of tangerine. Wheaty malt profile. Some lingering bitterness in the finish. Citrus rind. Lower level of sweetness. Eh, it's ok. Good for a sub 5% sipper.

Pours a hazy golden hue. Nice soapy white head. A little soapy. A little blueberry. Nice melon and honey due. Some spruce bark, a little resin. Some wheat on the dry finish. For a 4.6% hoppy wheat, this packs plenty of flavor, which makes it quite the treat.

Canned 5/14, save the bees! (and beers)
Pours a light fizzy head that fades fairly quickly, no lacing, murky hazy wheat orange color.
Nose big bright hops, smells a lot like Nelson but apparently it's not, some tropical notes, little grassy floral, background brings some of the mosaic pine sap herbal, also some citrus, guava, a little pineapple, and faint creamy wheat, a touch oniony as it warms.
taste brings a little creamy toasty wheat but it's mostly drowned by big hops, some tropical, but the mild pine sap resin comes out front, then tropical and juicy fruits, guava, pineapple orange cream, a little mango, a little tart clementine orange, and hint of lime like citrus rind. No real honey except maybe a flash of herbal honey late. Finish dry, light, fair bitterness, a little grassy piney hop lingering.
mouth is lighter bod a bit thin even for a wheat, decent but lighter carb.
overall eh, not that great IMO, base wheat was too light to overpower the hops that bring some great characters but also some meh characters, a little thin and light on the carbonation too, Sorry Matt, def one of my least fav ones you've brewed yet.
