Pours a milky yellow with a slight haze to the clarity. Nose is fairly neutral - perhaps a hint of citrus. Taste isn't bad but a little reminiscent of an organic cleaner - a bit medicinal with some grassy notes at the finish. Mouthfeel is light in body with an assertive carbonation and acidity that adds a little something to the texture. Overall, a bit one-sided. Not off-putting but lacking in depth and complexity.
