Formerly known as Demo Tape Fourteen, we are thrilled to move this beer into the regular rotation! This pale ale features Australian Ella and Vic Secret hops which lend a nice tropical fruit aroma and character. Super drinkable with a light, fluffy mouthfeel thanks to Valley Malt Flaked Barley and Warthog Wheat.

16oz can dated 10/2/18.
Pours cloudy yellow with a fluffy head of white and ropey lacing. Melons, pineapple, and peach in the nose. On the light side of medium bodied with a crisp, soft mouthfeel. Pear, pineapple, peach, and grapefruit on the palate with zero malt and a drying bitterness. Finishes fairly bitter and quite dry with leafy citrus.
Nice pale ale but the bitterness is old school.

Dated 5/31/18 on the bottom of the can, exactly 4 weeks since brewing.
Pours an opaque brown-tinted orange in the glass with two fingers of silky white head that stuck around for a long time. Nose starts with a potent, yet soft floral aroma. Notes of spicy wheat, over-ripened pineapple, green hops, a little bit of pine resin and a hint of vinous character. Taste follows the nose; spicy wheat taking up the front seat of the palette, transitioning to a strong floral and then in to dank fruit at the end, which lingers in the aftertaste. Medium-light body on this one that is for sure boosted by the dense creamy head that seemed to stick around for the whole tasting. Medium sweetness, medium-light drying and bitterness. A lot of more subtle flavors than I was expecting in this brew, with three distinct profiles. The downside that comes to mind is that although it has all these profiles, they don't really blend together, staying separate, leading to a somewhat hollow core.

Can 5/31/18 "we love Anne"
Pours yellow banana mucky murk sludge with some brights sun spots poking through nice papaya earth biscuit dough clay action. Light feeling active bubbles. medium body some chalky mouthfeel and a taste like licking grapefruit peel. Dry bitter finish that lingers a bit too long. pretty decent.

On tap. Pours super murky and turbid. Big, frothy head. Perfect look for this "New England" fashion. Aroma is hoppy and fruity but also displays a looming dryness. Flavor is running along the same track. Tangy fruit juice off the bat. It drops off and dries out with an almost chalky finish. I enjoy the drier ending.
