Thanks to JLindros for sharing this can.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy pinkish golden hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light lacing and a thin head.
S - Aromas of fresh bright blackberries, big musty guava notes. Almost guava paste like. The pineapple is super super faint.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice light berry notes, guava is far more subtle but still quite noticeable. Still not getting much pineapple. Big doughy yeast notes though throughout. Finish is very light.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, body is a bit thin.
O - Overall this was a very solid kettle sour though the body is a bit thin.
