Canned 4/05/18
Pours a pinkish light fizzy head that fades quickly, murky purplish-pink color
Nose tons of lacto and bread dough, raw bread dough, lacto acidic funk, plenty of berry, a big mix of berries, blueberry, a little blackberry, and more generic
Taste more raw bread dough and lacto funk, a little lacto creamy as well, little creamy wheat adding to the bread dough, yogurt too perhaps, as the berries kick in especially blueberry I get blueberry yogurt, little tartness, but light and refreshing, more generic berry, maybe a touch of jammy tart boisenberry, mild blackberry but not really raspberries, oh wait there it is on the back end, plenty of jammy berries for sure. A slight tart acidic mild flemmy finish, with a little more bready dough and creamy lacto, also berries.
Mouth is lighter bod, decent fizzy carbonation, a little creamy lacto, mild acidity and flemmy
Overall not bad, nice lacto and bread dough, great berries, very refreshing for a hot summer... er I mean spring day doing yard work.

Thanks to JLindros for hooking me up with a can from the brewery.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a nice really hazy ruby purple berry juice hue with a one finger off white head that fades very quickly to leave light lisps and a bit of a halo. Beautiful color.
S - Aromas of large lactic yogurt notes, big seedy red berries, nice slightly tart berry juice. Little bit of funk, some nice super light lemon.
T - Taste is similar to the nose. Up front with the funk and lactic yogurt notes until bright seedy red berries. Nice and tart with a little big of sweet blueberry. Finish is nice and tart with some lingering funky sweetness. Lingering cream as well.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, light body, little flemmy on the finish.
O - Overall this was yet another solid Leitmotif from Matt. Nice berry notes with good lactic funk. Solid.

On tap. Pours a sun-struck purple color. Aroma is tart berry and a whiff of something that I often find in kettle sours. Flavor is tart berry as well. It has a pleasant raspberry/blackberry seediness which was fun. Enjoyable and light .
