Pours a goldish/amber into the glass with effervescent bubbles I would expect to find in a Belgian beer. A touch of haze. Cattiness of the Mosaic hops comes through on the nose and taste.

Draft at brewery
Nice creamy rich head, good lacing and retention, semi hazy golden orange color
Nose mild grassy spicy hops, citrus and pith, orange zest, touch pine
Taste mild creamy malt, fair hops, grassy spicy and pine orange zest, pithy, cracker malts, citrus spray and touch tropical, drier finish, quite bitter with orange rind and little pine lingering, decent balance leaning toward the bitter hops
Mouth is med bod, nice creamy carb
Overall not bad, good old school ipa with nice hop bitterness, although I expected different characters from these hops, thankfully no onion or dankness but expected more tropical

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery.
A - Poured into a standard tulip a nice hazy golden orange hue with a nice white head that fades to leave a thick blanket and creamy lacing.
S - Aromas of dank earthy pine, lighter citrus, oranges and grapefruit. Little vegetative.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of earthy pine and spicy hops. Little bit of citrus peel and zest followed by more vegetative notes from the mosaic.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, with a thinner body but light crispness.
O - Overall this was a solid enough ipa though I really wasn't a fan of the mosaic hops here.
