Pours a large fizzy bubbly foamy head, good retention, a touch of lacing, crystal clear pale tan c color
Nose mild funk, souring bacteria, big musty tropical passion fruit, little creamy wheat and sweetness, little pineapple and citrus notes,
Taste quite sour, nice souring bacteria creamy lacto funk, big tart slight musty passion fruit, a little spicy hop bringing citrus and pineapple tropical notes, mild creamy wheat malt, hint of salt on the back end, a little fruity ester and phenol spice note I think, fair tartness and acidity, bit flemmy on the finish
Mouth is med to lighter bod, decent carb and acidity, little flemmy
Overall not bad, def gets all the characters expected, could be a bit brighter but otherwise quite nice

Picked up a can of this at the brewery a few weeks back.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a nice crystal clear light gold hue with a thin one finger sudsy white head that fades to leave thin light wisps. No real lacing.
S - Aromas of a little bit of belgian yeast and esters, some flashes of tropical passion fruit mustiness. The galaxy hops play off that a little bit.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice light belgian notes followed by creamy lacto funk. Very nice tropical fruit and passion fruit, finish is nicely salty as well. Very well balanced with tropical notes, salt, and lacto.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, little creamy, somewhat flemmy on the finish.
O - Overall this was a rather nice kettle sour from Matt over at Exhibit A. It hits all the notes it promises; passion fruit, galaxy hops, and flaked seat salt. Quite nice.

Canned on 08/17/18.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a glossy semi-bright yellow color with a swiftly sliding off little head. No lace.
The aroma had a huge blend of funky to tangy cheesy lactic sweetness. Slight acidic passion fruity to pomelo-like tart to sweet features rolling into some basement/shoe leather and a light saltiness sliding in underneath.
The flavor took all of the prior mentioned qualities to mesh finely - taking the sweet to the sour to the tart to the funk and mixing in a "wild" lactic acidity with some bleu cheese then the fruity pomelo to passion fruit backing just ties it together. Barely any aftertaste but seemed to have a little bit hop oily passion fruity quality here.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fine sipping quality about it. Acceptable dryness hit some wild funky aspects to penetrate my tongue just how I expected. Good carbonation and ABV. Semi-sticky yet dry and passion fruity finish.
Overall, an absolutely wonderful beer. It's as if a gueuze had sex with a gose and this was the offspring.
