It’s my 1000th beer on Beer Advocate and this is the perfect beer for a review.

Exhibit A is one of the leading breweries in New England and only two years old.

Cloudy golden color with a 4F head in a Spiegelau glass.

Aroma: sweet, floral, citrus.

Smooth drinking.

Taste: sweet, citrus.

Overall: excellent beer, one of best I’ve tasted from Exhibit A. The Pilsner Malt,. Flaked Rice brew a smooth MF, dry hopping with Simcoe and Galaxy bring out strong fruit flavors. Happy second anniversary!

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery today.

A - Poured into a standard pint glass a nice crystal clear golden hue with a thin one finger white head that fades to leave light wisps and a thin blanket.

S - Aromas of grassy hops, strawberries, over ripe pineapples. Nice champagne yeast as well.

T - Taste is similar to the nose with dry white wine, creamy strawberries, light pineapple. The yeast is rather prominent, almost a little sharp.

M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, bright, crisp thanks to the yeast.

O - Overall this was a rather interesting beer. I like the strawberry notes a lot but the champagne yeast is rather sharp and cuts it's way through the hops.

Can poured into a teku glass

Golden yellow, slight haze, active carbonation, one finger bubbly white foam head quickly settles to a white ring

Aroma of a champagne yeast, a faint sweetness like an artificial strawberry

Taste explodes in the mouth on the first sip, dry white wine grape taste , wisp of a peppery spiciness

Bone Dry finish, slight sudsing

Nice beer
