16 oz. can.
Canned 09/23/19.
Moderate pour yields a 7/8 inch white head over a hazy, light golden body with some sticky lacing. Nose of orange, orange pith, and some floral aromas. Taste mirrors nose nicely. This beer is smooth and very well balanced; finishing with a citrus pith bitterness with the slightest pine bitterness as well. Nice feel and overall, quite respectable IPA and hoping to try additional offerings from the series. Cheers to Matt and the E'A'BC crew!!!

Bottom of the can stamped "09/23/19."
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a great looking opaque burnt orange color with a fabulous brightness to it. Finger's worth of white foamy head slid off at a fair pace. Some messy lace tried to stick to my glass but didn't really do so.
The aroma had some sweet pine, grapefruit pith, tangerines pulp and a clean bready malt.
The flavor moderates fair in balance between the sweet citrus and grapefruit aspects while allowing enough piney bitterness to play very nicely. Smooth aftertaste of juicy grapefruit and orange pulp, touch of hop spice.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a good sipping quality about it. Nice and low carbonation as expected. Finishes with some orange juicy pulp and some pine bitterness.
Overall, a very nicely done New England styled IPA by Exhibit A! These guys sure know how to pump out this style!

Draft at the brewery
Big pillowy creamy head fades slowly, good lacing, hazy cloudy pale orange color
Nose starts with house malt/yeast notes, toasted malts, mild minerals sulfate, then Simcoe with grassy citrus, grapefruit, big pith and a little citrus juice pulp,
Taste more citrus, young orange, mandarin orange, big pith, mild grapefruit pith, little citrus oil, but still grassy leafy, mild cracker doughy grist, wheat, little toasty, more minerals add water additives coming though a bit, touch salty even, mild tannin and bitter rind late, light bitterness mostly and increases a bit on the mild sticky finish and turning spicy
Mouth is med bod, little soft but sticky finish, nice carb, finish seems dry yet too many unfermentables sticking around
Overall mixed, def has a fresh Simcoe note as thankfully without cat pee, but the beer just didn't seem very well executed especially for how good this brewery usually is
PS. Just found out that this was the bottom of the last keg. So I should try a can when I have a chance.
