Thanks to JLindros for the can, but, I think I picked this up at Julio's.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a nice mostly clear golden hue with a one finger creamy white head that fades to leave thin lacing and a thick dense blanket.
S - Aromas of grassy hops, cracked grains, little bit of melon, flashes of stone fruit. Light slightly sweet citrus. Smells like the base was practically a blonde.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with more of the grassy hops. The citrus is amped up a bit more which is nice as it brings about a nice lingering bitterness that is pleasant. Faint melon taste as well, more crackers throughout along with some dankness as well as bright pine notes. Finish is quite dry too.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, decent body.
O - Overall this was a solid IPA but not nearly as assertively piney as I was expecting for a west coast style IPA. Still, this was quite enjoyable.

Nice pour: honey color with a 3F head in a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Citrus, earthy, light grape aroma.
Champagne feel and consistency for the MF.
Grape, and citrus taste.
Hoppy finish.
One of my favorite Demos from Exhibit A.

Aka Resilience west coast ipa, draft at the brewery
Big pillowy creamy dense head fades slowly, great lacing, crystal clear tan to medium orange colour
Nose nice hop fruits, citrus and a little dank musty note, touch of melon, stone fruit, and berry, very light sweet blond malt, hops get more spicy as it warms
Taste some sweet malt, pale malt like, lighter to medium bitterness up front, hops bring more fruit, touch of citrus, some stone fruit and hint of melon, then turning spicy with some pine and a little dank late, bitterness ramps a bit to a medium bitterness late, drier finish
Mouth is med bod, medium carb, mild soft feel,
Overall not bad, not the super piney hoppy bitter bomb I expected for a west coast style, but enjoyable nonetheless
