16oz can from Tavour. Yellow colored hazy pour, lasting foamy head. Aroma is right on for a NEIPA , citrus, grapefruit peel. Taste is more citrus, creamy, milky notes. Sweet with tangy bitterness.

Pours a hazed gold with a thumb of pillowy cream colored head. Good lacing and head retention
S: Tropical and citrusy
T: Follows the nose, a little dry, mango and orange up front. More mango and citrus as this warms. Finishes dry with pomelo, mango and papaya
MF: Medium body with fairy firm carbonation, good balance
Very drinkable, but not next level by any means

canned 2/13/19. Hopefully Mosaic isn't terrible
Pours a nice fluffy fizzy head that fades at a med pace, not much lacing, very cloudy murky golden-orange slight tan color
Nose has the typical Mosaic, pine dankness, and a little vetegal earthy garlicy aroma, behind that some citrus and tropical fruits, a little doughy like wheat malt
Taste mild doughy creamy malt, wheat, oats grist, some pithy citrus, little rind, nice tangerine or clementine like citrus, a little papaya mango tropical notes, just a hint of the earthy garlic/oniony note Mosaic in the background, finishes a bit drier and flavors basically disappear, little bitterness lingering
Mouth is med bodied and a little creamy but feels a little thin somehow, carbonation is Ok but a bit on the light side
Overall thankfully this was an experiment as it wasn't that great, Mosaic showed some of it's terrible qualities, base beer seemed a little thin and under carbonated, doesn't seem to have the same expertly crafted feel as most Exhibit A beers.
