Pours a light head that dissipates or disappears before I can even recognize it was there, very hazy blond honey colour
Nose nice Berliner base, raw bread dough, hint of salt, light tartness with various fruits, little tart lemon-lime, fair amount of raw kiwi and a little berry, faint ginger and some mild spice phenols
Taste starts fairly tart, more Berliner base with creamy wheat and raw bread dough, light salt background, fair tartness with sour acidity and lacto creamy but drying finish, plenty more fruit but not overpowering, lemon lime notes into kiwi, light berry and raspberry like, little spices and ginger late but barely, tart acidity and a little flemmy on the finish
Mouth is med to lighter bod but creamy doughy, moderate carb, flemmy acidity and fair sourness
Overall not bad, hits a nice base Berlinerweiss, fruit is ok but I wish it was a bit more, and ginger even more so, but still enjoyable and easy drinking summer beer
