Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a nice looking chill hazed yellow color with a quickly dissipating small foamy head, white in color. No lace was left.
The aroma had a fantastic blend of pineapple and mango up front rolling into some semi-sweet wheat and yogurt. Super light notes of grassiness and a touch of yeasty character.
The flavor leaned into a mild sweet to tart blend of all of the prior mentioned aromas. Moderate sour character underneath. Barely any aftertaste but what was there seemed to embrace the pineapple/mango meshing.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied, perhaps just a touch over with a good sipping quality about it. Enough sour harshness does penetrate but isn't bothersome. Good carbonation and some smoothness. Finishes with the mango in front of the pineapple, doesn't seem as cohesive as I would have thought or expected.
Overall, I would say a wonderful fruited sour ale with all of what Exhibit A says is there. Glad I pulled the trigger on this sooner than later.

Thanks to JLindros for hooking me up with a can of this.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a nice slightly hazy golden hue with a thin one finger head that fades rapidly to leave no lacing, halo, or wisps.
S - Aromas of yogurt and wheat. Flashes of tropical mango, however, not getting much pineapple at all. Even the mango is light. Loads of doughy wheat though and yogurt.
T - Taste is similar to the nose but with much more of the tropical fruit. The mango is nice and ripe followed by loads of tropical pineapple. Finish is tons of doughy wheat and yogurt. Light lactic tartness and musty notes. Surprised by the amount of fruits going on here.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, however, the body is incredibly light and thin.
O - Overall this was a rather solid kettle sour. The fruit, while lackluster on the nose, is quite enjoyable on the taste. Winds up being a decent beer.

Draft at the brewery
Big fizzy foamy head hits almost 2 fingers but fades quickly, very hazy medium to darker gold color
Nose very gose like base, grainy doughy bread, like raw bread dough, tart like light lemony lactic acid, very light mango and mild pineapple, light musty dank hop note
Taste more of that gose base, doughy cracker malt, raw bread dough, yogurt creamy label and light tart lactic acid, just a hint of salt and no spices, some other pome fruit notes, then light mango again, pineapple is a bit mow present but also light, more pineapple on the finish, and a bit more mango, creamy lacto, mild flemmy acidity
Mouth is med to lighter bod but soft creamy and tart light-med acidity, little flemmy on the finish, medium carb
Overall not bad, good base kettle sour but mango and pineapple were way too light, if they hadn't even said those were in the beer I'm not even sure I would have picked up on them, just assumed they were yeast or hop esters
