Exceptionally drinkable, Right to Farm is a crisp, light Mexican Style lager with a touch of corn sweetness and 4.2% ABV. Even sweeter is the fact that all the grains in Right to Farm were sourced locally from farms in the Northeast. The organic maize that gives it its delicious finish was grown by Hadley, MA farmer Joe Czajkowski and malted at Hadley-based Valley Malt. Valley Malt and its partners work to create a transparent, localized supply chain that connects us to the land and to each other.

Clear, light gold colored body; lively, dense carbonation; one-finger thick white head; partial rings of foam encircle the glass. Mild aroma; kind of bland; extremely light herbal note. Okay flavor; very light grain base; very little hop bitterness; rather bland. Generally light mouthfeel; crisp initially and finishes a little watery.
A drinkable beer just like a light American adjunct lager.

An average pour from a 16-oz. can released a finger of soapy and fizzy white foam with average retention and sliding spots of lace. Clear yellow straw-color with a hint of gold and orange-amber highlights.
Mild smell of biscuit and cracker with faint bready malt. Warm grain and faint cooked corn arrive late. Faint hops.
There is not much to the taste in a good way, neutral with above average bitterness. Items from the smell are subtle with only the corn standing out (not to far). Hop flavor is herbal and floral with mild spice. The finish is crisp and fast, flavors drop off quickly with spicy/bitter hops lingering on a while.
Light body with lasting carbonation, smooth and session-able. According to the notes; "Right to Farm is a crisp, light Mexican Style lager with a touch of corn sweetness". This beer could be considered a Light Lager or an American Lager,
It's light in body with a low ABV. The corn doesn't overpower like many Adjunct Lagers, you be the judge.

I guess thanks to JLindros for hooking me up with a can of this. Canned on 9/19/19
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a slightly hazy golden hue with an enormous four finger rocky white head that fades slowly to leave thick lacing and a dense blanket.
S - Aromas of bright grassy hops, sweeter malts, cereal grains, almost resinous hops.
T - Taste is similar to the nose in some regards. There is a bit of grassy hops before things get awfully resinous pine and a little dank. It's awfully sweet though. Big sweet malts, little biscuity. Little floral as well. Not really getting any pilsner malts either. Blindfolded I would never think I was drinking a pilsner...a saison maybe but certainly not a pilsner.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, little thin. I think with how hard that head ballooned it let to this lackluster mouthfeel.
O - Overall this...this beer wasn't like any pilsner I've ever tried before. Not even close. The grassy hops were about all it ever came towards being a pilsner. Overly sweet, almost saison like, resinous and dank...just really perplexing.

Draft at the beer garden
Big foamy creamy head with good retention and nice soapy lacing, crystal clear tan straw color
Nose lots of cereal grains, grainy light sweet malt but not really pilsner malt, almost Belgian saison like malt, then herbal hop character, herbaceous leafy earthy with a little resin
Taste starts with the mild dank resiny like herbal earthy hop, strange hop and the line I'm not a fan of, malts are light, grainy sweet, cereal grain with light lager malt almost pilsner note, light bitterness, dry finish, lingering earthy resiny hop
Mouth is med to lighter bod, medium to lighter carb, soft crisp lager
Overall not really digging this unfortunately. Malts are ok but not great and don't really match pilsner characters, and the hops were just weird and unpleasant. However, the lagering was done well, just not a fan off the unique malt and hop characters
