We go back to our roots with this West Coast Style DIPA. Featured hops are Chinook, Cascade, Centennial and Columbus creating a nice dank and piney profile with a slightly sweet malt backbone and a dry finish.

Outstanding. Perfectly balanced. A bit of biscuity malt giving way to buckletloads of pine/citrus. Just so good. Would've counted as one of the very top WC IPAs 10 years ago. I really hope they make this regularly. So hard to find beers as good as this now.

A lovely hop forward IPA that highlights the hops without letting them become too complex or overwhelming. A soothing amber color with just a little bit of head, this beer offers a lovely taste and mouth feel that doesn’t give away it’s ABV level, and leaves you wanting a B-Side to this Demo.
