This DIPA takes us back to falling in love with Pacific Northwest “C” hops like Chinook, Cascade, Centennial and Columbus! A little dank and a little piney, this beer has a soft malt backbone, good bitterness, and a fairly dry finish for easy drinkin’. Made with locally grown and malted Valley Malt Vienna and Valley Malt Flaked Barley.
