1/9/2021 from can to tulip at Girl & the Goat Chicago.
Poured bright slightly hazy yellow with a big white head that slowly receded. Crisp clean aroma with grain and guava prominent and some hints of lemon and noble hop spice. Guava is present in taste without overshadowing the kolsch. Very crisp with a dry noble hop finish. Light on the palate with good carb throughout. Great beer to have with dinner.
