Very slightly hazy copper color with a respectable off white head and some nice lacing.
The aroma is mild caramel, citrus, topical fruit and pine.
The taste is lemon, tangerine, mango and guava with a light caramel malt background. The finish is dry with lingering pine resin, moderate bitterness.
The body is medium, good carbonation, smooth and very drinkable.
Altogether, this is an interesting and enjoyable fusion of saison and IPA, very tasty and refreshing, this could work well with most hearty fare or as an after dinner sipper but I would do this anytime, outstanding.
