Opaque coffee black color with a modest light tan head.
The aroma is roasted malt, hints of coffee.
The taste is also roasted malt, hints of char and coffee. The finish is crisp and dry with some lingering taste of char, mild bitterness. The body is light, good carbonation level, smooth and very drinkable.
Altogether, this is a pleasant and tasty brew, should be good with most food, especially hearty fare, refreshing enough for a summer cooler, well done.
