Incredibly well balanced pastry-kinda stout that's sweet but not enough to stun a diabetic at 6 paces w/good mouthfeel; a really subdued, complex nutty/cocoa/choco/roasty/javaish/malty/brown sugary flavor profile (didn't get the maple so much) & so smooth for an 8%er that drinks like less.
Revision:sideways. After about an hour of warming up, seems to get every bit its 8% if not stronger!
