12 oz. van from the source pours a clear dark brown, ending up opaque black in the glass. Small tan head doesn't last long but leaves spots of lacing. Aroma is full of different roasted malts and lactose. Tastes sweet, but balanced by hops that come out in the finish. Smooth mouthfeel but a thinner body than I like in a stout. Overall, an excellent milk stout with many flavors to ponder.

Whoa, there’s a whole lot of different malts going on here. Pours nearly black with a light tan head. Aroma of chocolate malt. The taste is milk sugar and a malt collage where chocolate malts is the predominant flavor, but also some toasty char and a hint of bitter hops. Feel is medium. Overall it packs a lot of flavor for a milk stout.
From the brewery: “Named in honor of the Indianapolis 500 winners' tradition of chugging milk at the finish line, this milk stout offers a rich malty and chocolate flavor from a mix of seven different malts. Milk sugars provides a desired creaminess and fullness to this drinkable, refreshing beer. Gold medal winner at 2022 Great American Beer Festival®!”
