About what you would expect from a house German-style Helles. Clear straw yellow color with white head that mostly dissipates. It’s got Pilsner malts that impart a clean bread flavor, and a bit of lemon citrus and bitter floral notes from the noble hops. Well carbonated and light to medium body. Overall it’s a crisp and easy drinking beer.
