Appearance: Opaque caramel brew with a nice thick and relatively steardy mousse.
Smell: Grainy, roasted aromas at first, but as your nose gets saturated the grassy overtones slowly take over.
Taste: Mid-Low carbonation makes it really quaffable, the malt is biscuity and delicate, it could have used a bit more umph but it was quite enjoyable. The hop finish was shy at first, just like the smell, but eventually gained momentum. Slight twand towards the tail end, I wasn't sure if it was oxidation or just a strong mineral content.
