Pours a hazey-golden in color, almost looks like a Weissbier. Shock whit head dissipates after a minute or so, so average duration.
Nose is above-average to exceptional and is very much characteristic of the style: notes of biscuit and fresh bread, lightly-sweet malt character, and a brief note of some grassy hops. Also a hint of hops bitterness in this one.
Sweetish on the first sip, and rather full-bodied, too. Hops are lightly-astringent and gently-bitter, and even more subtle than were present on the nose. Bitterness lingers nicely, as does a somewhat herbal and "fresh" malt character.
The mouthfeel is a little fuller than I expected, but no less thirst-quenching.
Overall this is definitely above average, and actually quite good! It is however very regional, with "locals-only" availability in retail selections near the brewery. Still, it's worth a try if you get there. ; )

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
