Ol' bArF seems incapable of passing a golf marketed beer without buying it.
Pours that golden yellow color that is the most familiar of all beer colors. 1/2" white head on top. Above average clarity. The aroma had a light dry sulphur lager yeast aspect, enjoyable. The Saaz hops take a bigger role than the Columbus in the aroma. This smells like a traditional American lager.
Taste similarly says miss me w that CTZ bullshit (Its not bullshit, but I dunno about it in a lager that isn't IPL geared up). Largely continues to push the Saaz and lager yeast as it should. Light pilsner malt body brings no surprises in its firmness. Carbonation good. Beer kept making me wonder how much CTZ they used since its a pretty forward hop and yet I'm not picking up on it.
I think this beer is that tweener, its not just BMC adjunct lager, but its also kind of geared for the golf crowd, so they kept the dank weed IPL like notes CTZ would bring and kept it very minimal in quantity. Decent stuff, I like the label, would buy another sticker.

Canned 10/06/20
Appearance - Pours crystal clear and golden in color with a white, half finger width head. Sub-par retention results in a mostly barren surface. No lacing.
Smell - Mild aroma. Bread, grain and a hint of lemon.
Taste - Follows the nose. Bready upfront and throughout, before a nice but mild lemon hoppiness creeps in mid-taste and into the finish.
Mouthfeel - Light-bodied with light carbonation. Slick, easy drinker. Crushable.
Overall - Pretty standard craft American Lager, but that hint of lemon really is nice. It really makes you want to take that next sip.
