On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy and very pale yellow colour, large white head. Moderate spicy and herbal aroma. Light bodied. Refreshing flavour, medium dry, with spicy and herbal notes, moderate bitterness.

Milky blonde with puffy white foam; melony nose; Weetina, a big citrus hit that turns tropical and a grass herbal finish.
Saaz, Hallertau Blanc

Actually a Grisette.
In that vein, no full-on saison character - no peppery phenols. H Blanc gives the flash and Saaz for the fundamentals. Nice modern take on a traditional style.
