Dusky rose that leaves speckles; pure orange zest nose; table water cracker, orange rind, peach flesh, some bits of melon + orange hard candy; slight herb; light, fizzy, dry.

Wit with blood peach + blood orange
El Dorado
Tasting this straight after Alma, it’s bigger but less subtle. The fruit additions give a boldness that hops alone wouldn’t, and it’s genius to use not just peach + orange, but the bloody version of each; it gives this redoubled lushness. El Dorado adds a boiled sweets effect to it all. And though there’s a lot going on, the character of a wit carries across.
Fruited the right way; a good Sunday brunch beer.
