Look: Pours a hazy foggy medium yellow, looks like lemonade Giant head that lasts forever.
Smell - Cloves, and yeasty. Very much expected for the style
Taste - a lot of pear and maybe a hint of green apples, cloves. Tart.
Mouthfeel - thin and tart, lots of carbonation.
I think this beer was originally developed by Katalyst Brewing Company. Perhaps Henderson bought them out or merged with them....I'm unsure.
Saison's are typically not one of my favourite styles. Every once and a while on grabs me. This one didn't
