Pours a beautiful gold colour with a Snow White head sitting up on top. The smell is sweet/bitter at the same time. The taste is great, forget the fact that this is a 3.5% beer. If this was a full alcoholled beer the taste would still be good. Mouthfeel is not watery or thin, nicely bubbly. The lemon zest is very faint but present
