A 375ml can poured into a pint glass. A hazy yellow with a bubbly head that soon disappears.
Slightly citrusy malt smells.
A big burst of lime. Lots of salt. Some coriander in the finish.
Light body and medium carbonation.
A very smooth and well balanced Gose. An excellent summer refresher.

Review from notes. LCBO purchase for around $3.75 CDN.
Appearance - hazy, golden yellow color, with a finger plus of short-lived head. Sparse lacing.
Smell - Lime predominantly with some backing wheat grain and other citrusy accents.
Taste - More of the same, lots of lime, a respectable amount of salt, lemon flourishes and steadied by a grainy backbone.
Mouthfeel - Crisp and quite refreshing, medium carbonation and slightly salty finish.
Overall - Pretty spot on for a gose, lime and the salt content go together quite perfectly so no surprise that this one is winner.

473 mL can from the LCBO; dated Apr 8 2021 and served slightly chilled.
Pours a hazy, translucent golden-yellow colour, producing one finger of soapy, foamy white head that settles off over the course of the next three minutes or so. A wide, frothy collar is left in its wake, along with a few splashes of lace and a filmy layer on the surface. Looks fine, and the nose is more or less what I had expected - plenty of citrusy lime zest, with lesser hints of wheat grain, coriander, lactic acid and just a touch of brininess.
A fine gose - saltiness and lacto sourness at the forefront, with notes of lime juice and wheat graininess joining in shortly thereafter. That's actually the long and short of it, really; finishes with more lime, light brininess and a touch of lemony lactic acidity, with mild suggestions of lime peel oiliness and coriander spice in the aftertaste. Light-medium in body, with moderately assertive carbonation that does provide a bit of a bite; the mouthfeel is kind of slick and oily, coating the tongue with each sip. Still, I found this pretty drinkable, and wouldn't have minded another glass afterwards.
Final Grade: 4.04, an A-. Henderson's Salted Lime Radicle Gose isn't without its flaws, but it was an enjoyable experience overall. Admittedly, I am a sucker for lime, as its citrusy flavour naturally complements the saltiness that I'd expect from a gose - so I am not exactly surprised that I enjoyed this one. The slightly slimy mouthfeel is my only real complaint, but it's highly sessionable nonetheless - worth a try, and something I plan to return to over the course of this coming summer, if it remains in stock.
