Ok, where to start?
Is this really an imperial IPA? Drinks too easy.
Is this an American double? It is an IPA on light steroids!
I once brewed a gluten free IPA for a buddy. I dry hopped the heck out of it with many hops such as fresh simcoe and sentennial. It came out very similar to this! My friend begs me to brew more of this "orange juice" beer. Well, here it is again! But this time not gluten free!
Pours a foamy cream colored head that dissipates rapidly. Leaving no lacing and a georgous thick pineapple/orange juice looking glass full!
Smells of plantains/mild bananas, butter, pineapple, blood orange, and alcohol.
Tastes of sweet mango, apple pears, muskmellon, yeast, and alcohol.
Mouthfeel is Devine! Thick and slick! Great bitter after bite! A musky flavor linger in a good way as well!
A masterpiece if I may say so! Unique and refreshing.
