My second 750ML bottle from Boiler & I didn’t have to drive from Omaha to get this one. Split with my wife in celebration of Saturday.
Black black with a small cock ring around the edges of the glass. The nose is chocolate & bourbon. It’s a line.
Bour-ben Chocolate Cake Batter sings. This is the pastriest of pastry stouts. Thicker than melted bourbon that someone stuck a shot of chocolate into. Strong coconut runs wild. Fudge batter, sticky cocoa, everything aggressive & assertive. My lips are sticking together. I could drink more of this, more more more, but perhaps that isn’t a good idea. Hell, I don’t have to get up for about 36 hours. Except to pee. And even that could be optional.
Delicious & magnificent. Top tier pastry, thicker than hot tar, with additives that kick ass.

Bottle, 750ml
Look: dark, pretty thick, oilly, small amount of foam
Smell: chocolate, coffee, bourbon
Taste: marshmallow, coffee, chocolate!, bourbon,
Mouthfeel: thick body, little to no carbonation. Oily and sticky
Overall: Smooth drinking, bourbon noticable and warming but well balanced amongst the other flavors.

I was enjoying this beer too much to do a real time review.
All I can say is that this beer is simply amazing. Nose was powerful, intoxicating...huge sticky bourbon barrel meets coconut shavings and smooth german chocolate cake. The flavor follows suit very closely implementing more coffee than the nose. The finish is to die for - thick bourbon sweetness wrapped around marshmallow, coconut, and chocolate frosting. The heat level is insane and warms you up like a fire.
Just go get some, it's one of the state's best beers.
