Our thickest Mimosa Gose to date! What does it have to do with Star Wars? Well, nothing really. C is for Coconut that’s good enough for me. 3 P’s are for Papaya, Passionfruit, and Guava that is Pink. O is for orange- so much fruit you see! Thiiiiick fruit forward and pulp particularly!

Crowler canned on 3/9...and blew the can top off on 3/28, so...an impromptu review!
Pours an opaque orangish pink with *lots* of pulp; when poured, the pulp combines with the carbonation to produce a look somewhat similar to bubble tea. Moderate carbonation under that. The aroma is as fruity as expected, given all the pulp; the orange and passionfruit aromas dominate. The taste is very fruit-forward - in addition to the orange and passionfruit, guava and coconut flavors come in. The coconut continues to build on the mouthfeel and aftertaste.
I wish I had been able to review it in better-planned circumstances, as it’s a very enjoyable pulp bomb.
