Pours a nice brownish copper color, very clear, appears a dark mahogany in the glass; thin carbonation; splotchy, thin appearing head, sudsy, minor strings of foam inside the glass. Rich, malt sweet nose; light caramel, deep and rich in character. Outstanding malt flavor; toasted grain and earthy, sweet toffee notes; suggestion of sweetened, toasted pecans. Medium-heavy body; smooth with sticky residual sugars coating the palate.
A tasty, hearty Vienna lager that hits the spot.
Pouring temperature: 44 °F; canning info: 11/3 DA XXX

Can into nucleated tulip
Look: Clear brown amber, pouring a tannish 1 finger head which dissipated into a ring with thin sheeting
Smell: Nutty, caramel, toasted malt, hint metallic. Medium strength
Taste: Heavily toasted barley bread, hazelnut and almond, and caramel slowly fades to a touch of grassy and herbal hops. Fades away to a nice mellow toasted wheat bread
Feel: Light-med body, crisp finish, moderate carbonation
Overall: I get the cerveza inspiration within this brew, but in terms of amber lagers, its very good. Strong nutty character al together
