Imperial Stout aged nearly 30 months in a combination of 8-Year Willett Family Estate Bourbon and 8-Year Willett Bourbon barrels then conditioned on a triple dose of Dominican, Ghanaian, and Guatemalan Cacao Nibs as well as Toasted Organic Hazelnuts, Papua New Guinean Vanilla Beans, Toasted Organic Coconut and Raw Organic Coconut. Expect a veritable adjunct apocalypse balanced by significant barrel expression.

Many thanks to tacosandbeer for this bottle.
A - Pitch black pour with ultra-thin lacing and incredible viscosity on the sides of the glass.
S - Toasted cocoa, sticky chocolate fudge malt, coconut, and some Bourbon. Everything is melded together with no single nuance overpowering the other.
T - Chocolate fudge malt base supports layers of complexity with toasted cocoa, vanilla, coconut, Bourbon, and a slight residual hint of spiciness which is probably coming from the hazelnut.
M - Light syrupy body that leaves a hefty coating of sugary residue on the lips. Warming in the back of the throat but overall, for the high ABV it's really not bad at all and never deters from the complexity.
O - This beer is really something special and feel fortunate for this experience.
