Tap pour at the downtown taproom. Served chilled in a stem less glass.
Black colored body. Tan head that persists as an island and thin ring. Leaves behind a few lacing spots that tend to slide back down to the body.
Aroma is sweet vanilla, cacao, and a whiff of coconut.
Taste is sweet and earthy, with flavors of dark chocolate/cacao, vanilla, and coconut. Aftertaste is rather short but gets earthy and remindful of coconut flesh.
Medium mouthfeel. Some stickiness and coats the lips. Supportive carbonation.
Brief burst of sweetness and then gets back to the raw material.
