Formerly Ein Bier #4
A bright white cap of foam tops this brut lager featuring the beguiling aromas of Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc hops. Elevated carbonation, notes of Muscat grapes, and a bone-dry finish combine to create an almost champagne-like character.

Pours a crystal clear light straw color. Remarkably effervescent with thousands of tiny bubbles coursing upwards feeding a velvety, white, thin, but lasting head. Aroma has notes of white grapes, pear and some light lemon grass notes. The taste is really interesting - The malt plate for this is incredibly bland - like saltine crackers - leaving the hops to dominate the flavor. They present as grassy, mildly bitter with a white grape like flavor present. It definitely reminds me of the better brut IPAs I had back when it was a thing. its a really well done beer that captures the style. I will say this - its incredibly light and quite refreshing on a hot day.

Really unique beer, like a cross between a brut IPA and a lager. Pale and very bubbly, looks more like champagne than beer. Has a noticeable hop bite that is more sharp than bitter (kind of like a pilsner). Slight white grape smell and taste, with a very dry finish. This beer is good on its own, but I imagine it would be pretty close to perfect with food.
