This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a ruddy burnt orange close to amber sort of color with a finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off at a moderate pace. Sly lace, somewhat messy.
The aroma had some red delicious apples, brown sugar, light Belgian yeast, light toast and a little bit of grassiness.
The flavor was moderately sweet through the prior mentioned aromas and then bringing a light chill spice of some ginger or allspice. Super light mobile toasty to Belgian sugar and yeasty aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Though I didn't find anything distracting from the spices, I did find myself sipping this. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, pretty nice beer all around, mostly an easy sipper but also seems to fit the style. I'd have again.
