DDH with sweetness. Like amber color. Nose has a wealth of flavor, orange, tropical, passion fruit, banana. Great finish with slight sweetness very little bitterness and smooth finish. It’s a great beer

On tap at the Brooklyn Brewery.
Pours a semi clear, slightly cloudy, dark golden/copper color. A moderate sudsy head displays good retention, lathery looking film and lacing.
A very malt forward aroma first emits a fleeting touch of caramel. This quickly fades and gives way to an aroma that evokes sweet cereal grain, honey, toasty, nutty and fruity malt.
Sweet in flavor throughout, the cereal grain suggests a honey and fruity malt that is toasty, bready, biscuity and apricot marmalade like. The hops flavors are bright and prominent, fruity, citrusy and mildly spicy. Little bitterness in the middle palate, there is, nevertheless, a mild clean peppery bitterness in the finish that balances.
Medium bodied, malt forward and jam like, yet crisp.
A pleasure to drink. I’m glad I found this one.
