Copenhagen 29/4 2020. 35,5 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled torv, Kbh Ø. Light blue and pink version of Brooklyn Brewery's usual label design. Quite uncanny color combination.
Pours slightly unclear, yellow with a small white head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sharp sour, tart odor. Citrus, sour berries, green apples. Light somewhat sweeter notes of caramel with hints of white sugar.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with s light sweetness followed by a medium strong, tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and lingers shortly. Finish is sour and dry.
A bit generic and good, old, plainly sour without going to extremes.

355 ml bottle, from Rema 1000 Tau. ABV is 4.5%. Pale yellow colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of lactic acid, lemons and lychee. Sour flavour, loads of lactic acid and lemons, and no body to support it. Not my cup of tea, won't buy again.
