L - Pours a clear medium gold with a one finger white head that quickly dissipates to a thin film. Moderate lacing.
S - Minimal nose with grain and a bit of mustiness.
T - Fresh taste with mild sweetness and malt up front with biscuit and light hops on the finish.
F - Moderate body and carbonation.
O - Very balanced and drinkable. I would buy this again.

12oz bottle purchased from the fridge as a six-pack for $10.99. I've also seen this at the grocery store for $10.49 for a six-pack. Bottled on date of 10/25/22, so this is 6 1/2 weeks old.
Look: Pours a crystal clear medium gold color with a compact off-white head that gradually reduced to almost one finger. Pretty display of super tiny bubbles rising up the sides of the glass to retain a consistent head. It's a classic picture of an American Lager.
Smell: Interesting aromas. It's a bit funky - smells really spicy and peppery and earthy up front, and perhaps a bit herbal. It's floral and has nice bright, lemony citrus notes. There's just something about the funkiness of the Loral hops that is giving it a bit of a both interesting and weird aroma. It's a bit medicinal-smelling. Kind of reminds me of the smell of an iodine tincture? Overall, it smells light and refreshing.
Taste: Without a doubt, it's very drinkable. There's also a nice biscuity, slightly grainy malt profile that carries through to the finish. The finish has a mild to moderate bitterness that displays nice pithy citrus flavors (lemon, grapefruit). It's also a bit spicy and peppery on the finish. Slightly medicinal on the finish also. The finish is crisp, clean, dry, and refreshing.
Feel: It's light to medium bodied, maybe 1/3 of the way closer to light. It is crisp, clean, and refreshing. Nicely carbonated.
Overall: This may be my first lager brewed by Yards, and I think that it is also my first exposure to Loral hops. Interesting that there is just a one letter difference between Loral and Loyal. Is this new? Clearly not as I see reviews dating back to 2019. I am surprised that I have never noticed this before. Well, I am glad that I noticed it recently. It's a solid American Lager with a nice hoppy flavor that does not completely overpower the subtle malt undertones.

Philly's hometown Lager. 25 years after opening our first garage brewery in Manayunk, we’ve built our dream brewery in the heart of the city – all thanks to our fans who have been loyal since the beginning. As a sign of our gratitude, we’ve used our new world-class brewing system to create Loyal Lager: a crisp, easy-drinking American Craft Lager brewed with two-row malt and aromatic Loral hops. It’s what a clean, high-quality lager is meant to be.

12 ounce bottle poured into a tulip glass. Bottled on 7/19/22, so fresh enough.
L---Crystal clear, light golden color. Medium white head faded to a ring and left very nice lacing.
S---Faint aroma. Some grains and minimal hops.
T---Stronger than the nose. Ceral grains and bread.
F---Medium bodied with good carbonation.
O---A nothing fancy kind of beer. I'll have another if you're buying.

I like the pale gold color and gentle noble hops in the nose so not a bad start. Texture is light and there is a bit of a bread note but this doesn't have a big footprint. Almost no hops or bitterness, and a thin, barely there aftertaste. The carbonation is only medium and more or less proper but ends up overshadowing most of the rest of the taste. Cool for summer barbecues and stuff but not something to seek out.

Pours a brownish gold with a finger of head. Bready, tasty aroma. Taste is also bready with a little hops on the end but a little light on the flavor. Easy to drink, however, a good lager for summer.

Crystal clear very light gold, nice white non dense head. Bubbles hear or there lacing but not much. Head settles to thin layer of opaque white.
Smell is fresh biscuits, with some floral hoppy aroma. There is a super mild lemon citrus smell to it as well. It has a very pleasant fresh aroma to it.
The tastes is just as pleasant as the aroma. Mostly leaning toward biscuit but then there is refreshing subtle sweet citrus earthiness to it on the back end.
Mouthfeel is light but super smooth, the carbonation is not snappy or biting it gives it a creamy feel. Very low bitterness, almost non existent.
This is a great golden lager, it has a nice sweetness without being overdone and it goes very well with the hops. Give it a try!

Fresh. Floral. A bit hoppy but not bitter. Lower end IBU. Very balanced and very clean. The loral hops are a great choice for this one. I will buy again.
