A new unfiltered Hazy IPA. People in Philly don’t have a filter, and neither does our Philthy Hazy IPA. This bold, aromatic ale is loaded with tropical and citrus hops character and has that classic hazy, golden color. And just like the city where it’s brewed, this unapologetic IPA is left unfiltered.

This is a decent sub 7% hazy IPA that is smooth drinking featuring a peach ring candy flavor with mild bitterness. Worth a try and a nice summer drinker

Pours a hazy light orange with a white head that leaves some lace.
Smells of citrus stone fruit and floral earth.
Taste follows nose with pine nut lemon/orange and peach.

Draft in a pint glass, head is what was expected, lacing is familiar. Initial flavor notes were that of a lemon cookie, followed by an orange vanilla. Very drinkable, refreshing, whatever style - IPA. I think I'll have another.

Pours hazy, golden/orange color with a significant white head. The head dissipated fairly quickly. The aroma is fresh and fruity, although not very strong. The taste is also a bit weak, but very pleasant. The most predominate taste is that of orange rind. Overall, this is an easy-drinking beer; very pleasant, but not as hoppy as I would expect from an IPA.

Draft in pint glass. Pours a hazy light orange/gold with a decent off-white head. Good lacing. Initial impression is subdued orange, lemon, and maybe some vanilla. Mouthfeel is slick and light. I'd put this more in the AIPA bucket instead of NEIPA, but perhaps that's just me. Finish is dry, fading to orange rind. Oveall, an easy-drinking but unremarkable IPA.

Pours a cloudy lite orange ipa, aroma was very faint, most yards are, even smells larger like. Taste is light, slight orange, some bitterness. Easy drinking, average ipa.

(12 oz can, 05/19/21; purchased cold six-pack... poured into a 14 oz mug)
L: densely-hazy (similar to unfiltered lager), golden-yellow liquid; voluminous, fizzy foam on pour, which does settle into rocky suds... spitty collar retains; a few thick bands of lace at the top
S: herbal, spiced, lemony holiday cookie; licorice candy(?!)... bizarre, unique aromas; more herbal and earthy than fruity... slight hint of malt powder around the edges... potency, expression takes a nose dive after a sip or two
T: doughy, fruitcake heavy up front; grassy, citrus-oily finish... has more of a keller lager character than any notion of juicy potion... dry-hopped resin note builds, as does mellow-moderate bitterness, stoked by stealth ethanol
F: smooth roundness, softly silky texture, bit of a back-end bite; plush but mildly potent... possibly a delicately dusty, residual sediment felt... overall, relatively cut and dry; moreish pull
O: unique unto itself; not nearly reminiscent of a textbook NEIPA profile... in fact, this is more in my wheelhouse compared to a Tree House... I may just quite enjoy the remaining cans, at cellar temp, of course (1776)

Six-pack copped from Springfield Liquors on Morris Avenue. Pours a bright golden hue with moderate frothing. Mild aroma redolent of pear and vanilla. Not bad. Extremely refreshing.
