Pale pastel yellow, almost green oddly enough, with a thin layer of foam and faint haze.
Aroma is heavy coriander, soapy and floral to an excessive degree. No balance here.
Soapy flavors from too much coriander, it was oppressive and obliterated any subtlety.
Thin and watery, strong aftertaste from the coriander. Way too much.
Worst of the flight at Ravinia Logan Square, not sure if it's brewed here or not, but I hope they dial it in.

Expected cloudiness. Clean and crisp flavor with a nice tartness

Appearance: Pours a beautiful, bright hazy mango, yellow-orange color that is radiating. A strong head that lingers
Aroma: Lemon-peel, a little orange. Good Belgian spice presence. Lots of clove mostly. Some coriander. Little banana.
Taste: Delicious fruit. Lemon, orange, some tart orchard fruit like pear and apple. Strong Belgian yeast. Not overpowering though. Alcohol is well hidden. Pepper on the backend, but finishes slightly sweet.
Feel: Lighter-bodied. Appropriately carbonated. A little residual sweetness on the palate. Very nice feel.
Overall: A good example of a witbier. Very light. Nice fruit flavors. A little stronger clove than I expected. Light on the pepper and slightly sweet. Very good drinking. For a smaller brewery this is well-done.

While only my second Belgian from Ravinia (the first was a nice saison), I'm impressed that such a young brewer has produced such good product to go with food. (But then, they have a restaurant and food trucks also.)
Four Shore has average Looks; Four Shore has the haziness, but insufficient foam. Promising Smells; I get the citrus, malt and coriander largely in those weighted priorities. Tastes deliver the same and it is just what I want: balanced by a very modest 13 IBU, the floral hops do fine to add complexity without bitterness. Refreshing and fruity to the end, it sits soft in my mouth and I don't want to lose it by swallowing too fast.
OA: Find Four Shore and enjoy it. A collaboration with Roots, Ravinia says Four Shore "pairs well with Pizza, Sunshine and Baseball." To that add the vegetable biriyani that I just had. Versatile and fun.
7/9/21 Had again, three years later it it is likely that they released this at least twice in those three years. And I think it is worth that. I could make this a regular with summer fare. I've edited the above review and am keeping count over at UnTappd.
