Pours fairly clear and amber/copper. A nice off-white head that hangs around and good lacing.
A little caramel sweetness on the nose balanced by earthy hops.
The flavor follows the nose. Caramel malts followed by decidedly ale-like fruity notes transition to biscuit flavors in midstream and earthy/woody hops at the finish.
Very smooth, drying, nearly crisp, and effervescent.
This is a really nice common.
