A not very bitter beer at all, the ESB has a smooth, malty initial mouthfeel that transitions to a marmalade like fruitiness from the East Kent Goldings hop variety. Toffee and light dried fruit notes.

I was able to get this one on nitro tap.
Poured with a thick head that settles very slowly leaving 3D rings of lace after each sip. Dark amber color -- too dark to determine clarity.
Low of caramelized malt nose. Not overly sweet with a light hop presence.
The start is more bitter than the finish, although the aftertaste is modestly black pepper on the tongue. The feel isn't as nitro as I would expect, not creamy.

Dark amber and reddish in color. Tastes like a classic English bitter. Earthy malt with a touch of bittering hops to balance everything out. Lower carb. Not bad.
Also had on Nitro. Didn't really hurt or help this beer.
